A : It’s really easy! You complete one of our great offers and refer a few friends to do the same! Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for the details.
Q : Do I have to pay for shipping?
A : No, we’ll cover the shipping costs. If we say free - we mean it.
Q : When will I receive my gift?
A : As soon as you finish your requirements and the product is available.
Q : Sounds good, can I get as many free gifts as I want?
A : Yes, but you can only get 1 of each.
Q : Can I set up more than one account?
A : No. Having multiple accounts is not allowed.
Q : Can I use a shared or public computer to sign up?
A : If you join with a computer that others may join from, it is very possible that you may be disqualified due to duplicate accounts. Please understand that this is one way we check for duplicate accounts and we cannot afford to make exceptions.
Q: Why has my account been put on hold?
A : There could be many reasons. Please contact us.
Q : How do I check if my referrals completed any offers?
A : Once your referrals get their offers approved they will turn green on your account overview page.
Q : Can I refer my someone I live with?
A : Only one account per household, please.
Q : I completed an offer but haven’t received credit.
A : Some offers can take up to 10 days or longer to process through our system. Please be patient!
Q : How do I get my gift once I’ve completed all the requirements?
A : Once you’ve completed the requirements your account will go through a brief verification process. Once it goes through, we’ll send it out via UPS.
